James L. West Center for Dementia Care provides expert dementia care and education in Fort Worth and North Texas. We offer individualized memory care, dementia and caregiver education and family caregiver support to enhance the quality and dignity of each person’s life throughout the course of the disease process.

West team offers help and hope – for those already affected by dementia and for those who may be in the future – through Residential and Respite Care, the Senior Day Program, Specialized Short-Term Rehabilitation and free Dementia and Caregiver Education classes offered in both English and Spanish.

From health monitoring to engaging activities, our Senior Day Program gives caregivers a breather and their loved ones living with dementia the chance to socialize.
