Meets Thursdays from 4 – 5 p.m. at the James L. West Senior Day Program, 6050 Harris Parkway. Dates for the remainder of 2023 are: 12/14, 12/21, and 12/28.

This group is facilitated by Hollie Glover, a licensed professional counselor and certified dementia care expert. The goal of the support group is to help you reduce your feelings of stress, depression, anxiety and fatigue and improve your coping skills and sense of adjustment.
